I am not sure if it works, but I really liked it. It has orange color, sour sweet taste, should be kept in a fridge. Big bottle, not so expansive, but I'm not sure I'll buy it again. I used it as supplement once a day after food, added to juices and cold tea or just with water. rich on ingredients and good quality.

We've been using this for a couple of years (three courses a year with breaks) and find it works well, great quality and has a unique composition. Age 12 and 48 years old. I'd recommend giving it a try. And it never hurts to search and learn how the ingredients work; it's truly interesting. And if you doubt ( high doses of vitamin etc), maybe try to start with a small amount
