Kids Smart®, Hi DHA-Omega 3 Fish Oil, Fruit, 30 Chewable Burstlets

I recently bought the children's fish oil with a high Omega-3 content, and it has a fantastic taste. The fish-shaped gummies are really fun for kids. The instructions suggest that for children aged one to five, the liquid should be poured out and given on a spoon or mixed with their favorite food. For children over five, it can be taken whole with water. My child is almost four, and I offered her to try taking it on her own. She chewed it and then drank some water with no problem. So, it’s possible to try giving it whole even earlier. I highly recommend this product!

I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars. It's one of the better kids' fish oil options if taste and no fishiness are priorities. My kids take it without fuss most days, and I feel good about the brain/eye support benefits. If your child has sensory issues with oils or textures, maybe try a sample or start small.

Age 3+. Good packaging where the supplement is individually proportioned to insure proper supplement serving. No taste when you mix in drink and food. Quality ingredients.
