i just ordered my third jar, so far this product is doing wonders with my hair growth, my hair naturally grows so slow and i wanted long hair so baadd and it really helped! i also noticed that my nails got healthier while taking this but i don't like my nails long and i clip them regularly so i don't know much about how it helps with nail strength and length. anyways i love the quality so i'll keep buying it every time i run out of it even tho it's a bit pricey :)
