The liquid biotin is a good quality with results that week for my senior nails that would not grow from tablets, pills or gel caps. Thr ingredients are a good quality and effective supplement that gets the job done quick. Also my nails stopped splitting and the ridges are disappearing. I'm happy.
Using these Drops in the morning or in a smoothie/ shake. Great to control the dosage of Biotin behause of the drops. I like to use up to 5mg daily do get rid of my very brittle nails, than i get a little down with the dosage. The taste is great. Biotin is also great for hair, skin and colon!
Liquid biotin is known for better absorption than the solid one. This is very easy to use. Very sweet but not too bad, taste is better than other liquid biotin options. A bottle lasts me two months and the price is great. I don't remember at this point how many bottles I've used, I've buying it for several years.
