I did see a result, mostly because this supplement cuts my appetite. Before that I would always feel hunger, and now food is not thew only thing I think about :) I ordered 2 more bottles, as I plan to reduce my stomach like that and hope that I can eat less after stopping it.
this helps for real. but u have to be consistent and drink lots of water.
quality wise it super cause ingredients are well put together size is small and dosage is once enough for two months. no taste to it so fantastic! benefits are seen after one month of usage I guess I am getting there.
I have used this product over the period of about a year. My friends said 'you're losing weight girl!' But you have to keep up bc when you don't, the weight comes back on. No side effects what-so-ever. Couldn't get on Amazon anymore... so glad I found this site!
