This product capsule has a nice soft licorice smell when swollowed and a gentle action on the bowels. I would even use it if you just want things moving a bit more smoothly. But do expect an extra potty visit or two! It kills paracites. Paracites can be anywhere in your body. And you are not aware. But you might not know why you are tired or other symptoms. You might also need to cough extra flem for awhile into a paper towel or tissue. They can be through out your sysyem. You don't need to have traveled to exotic places. Paracites can be in sushi or not properly handled salads. Some experts say we all need to do an occasional cleanse. I highly recommend this gently product. But l have heard you need clove to get the paracite eggs too so l put clove and other helpful spices on my yogurt. Oats can be helpful for healing and bulk as well. I have had to repeat the process on and off for awhile because I did not know what was making me sick for a long while. God bless be well! It seems like a good product that would definitely help in controlling candida/yeast infections, but there aren't really any directions or information that give you guidelines. I think you might have to continue it at a minimum dose for an indefinite period of time (which isn't really all that bad if it helps your symptoms.) But if you took one bottle and quit, I think your symptoms would just come back with a vengeance. Combined, and maybe alternated, with another candida support product, this may work very well. Until there are directions, I would suggest using in conjunction with other products.

so far, I feel less bloated and more full with less craving for sugar foods. the ingredients are what I was looking for. the size of the pills is easy to swallow every day. I feel the quality is good. I hope to continue to benefit from this.

I have used this product over the years to clear away parasites.

I did this "cleanse" but was very gentle. I had a few days with more full bowel movements but otherwise didn't react badly at all. It was okay. Nothing major changing how I feel.

Para Purge is very eacy to take. I think I have noticed a difference, but hard to tell.
