I couldn't wake up in the morning no matter how long i was asleep. This supplement changed that immediately, right the next morning after i took the pill, i woke up energetic after 7 hours of sleep. Usually i needed at least 10 hours to be able to get out if bed. My doctor prescribed to take one pill in the evening, so one capsule is enough to “recharge” me.

The capsule is not big and has no taste or smell. I take it with food. The package was great, considering that the bottle is made of glass. Will see how it works:)
