The pill size is pretty big, but the healthier quality ingredients are so worth it. many other vitamins have synthetic and potentially harmful ingredients compared to a vitamin with an organic whole food source like this one. I feel safer taking this daily. It comes in a nice brown glass bottle as the packaging which is good for reusing or recycling.
