Taste of the product is amazing. B12 supplement is recommended for vegans and example for us who suffer from anemia. My stomach is in pretty bad condition due to the acid reflux, so for me product in this form is must. Garden of Life B12 doesn't include anything that I wouldn't put in my kids or pets mouth and still it's potency due to the inc and absorption mechanism is excellent, I highly recommend for anyone and everyone. Remember to refrigerate after opening, shake the bottle before use and clean up the cap so it doesn't get moldy over time.

My usual liquid B-12 was from Vitacost but it was unfortunately discontinued. It was difficult finding a replacement that was sugar free and I’m glad I tried this one. Garden of Life is known for having high quality ingredients but can be pricey. I got this on a deal and I’m glad I did. It took a little while to get use to the tart/tangy taste but it is not bad just different from my regular. It has to be stored in the fridge and the added bonus is that it is plant based.

according my analysis, b12 was low , so order this one, ingredients good, I feeling better, more energy, quality good, taste good, easy to use just spray on your tongue.

Organic, tasty, and super easy to use as a spray. My energy came back almost immediately. I've been buying it for several years in a row. Perfect for vegans!

Nice B12 supplement. Only thing I'm not fan of is that it expires within 90 days. So if you don't use all the bottle, it's a waste. Suitable for families.

Completed to have found this b-12 liquid spray! I’ve used the vitamin c spray in the past and really think this company is high quality. The ingredients are fairly pure. Easily digestible. Taste is great, pleasing. Happy it’s also vegan! Bottle size is good. Would be nice to see a slightly larger spray bottle for this one.

This is the stuff you need if you are going vegan, but also just to be healthy. Check with your doctor to test your levels. But I love that it’s a spray. I wouldn’t recommend if I needed to take a pill. This one is amazing. It’s raspberry flavor and I just drink a bit of water after I spray it, so the flavor doesn’t linger in my mouth. It is great for the price and amounts of spray you get. I save even more when I use the autoship.
