We make a LOT of sushi bowls. Legit this tastes exactly like seaweed salad (if you use the dressing recipe on the package) BUT FRESHER like it was just plucked out of the ocean. Will definitely keep on hand in my pantry. So easy to store and just hydrate when ready for usage!

I'm so happy to have found this mix! At one time, Trader Joe's stocked a similar product. The ingredients and taste are the same, but like everything else. the size is smaller. The rehydrate the various seaweed in the package, and use it in my salads.

Great brand, I love their seaweed wraps. They use good, clean ingredients. I would recommend you let this sit long enough in water to rehydrate. Good source of iodine.

This seaweed mix is loaded with healthy ingredients that are beneficial in supplying iodine for thyroid health, fiber for digestion, and antioxidants, while also being a good source of vitamins and minerals such as A, C, B vitamins, and minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium. It helps keep my iron levels stable. Iron also needs vitamin C to aid the body to absorb the iron. Of course the smell and taste is a little fishy which I like because I’m vegan and I miss eating fish. I do recommend this product.
