Just add some baking soda and a bit of lemon juice to the water, then put these noodles in there for 8 minutes, they would become softer and ready to be cooked! I like to pan fried them or make soup noodles, healthy and yummy! Please like if it helps;)

I love these noodles, they are practicly tasteless and get the flavour of which sauce you add. the imgredients are natural and the macros are good, and as bonus you even don't need to cook them and any leftovers stay fresh in the fridge. Overall these are a great sub for pasta/noodles when you want something filling, fast and low in carbs and fat, I highly recommend giving it a try
When you put lemon/vinegar and baking soda the are just like glass noodles. I would buy so many of these if they were more affordable. They taste great and can be used in so many Asian dishes, and the size of the package is good as well (1 in our home, 1 pack makes enough for 2 people)

High quality ingredient to spice up any salad! These crunchy noodles are the best! I soak them in hot lemon water, drain them and use them in any salad. They don’t have a very strong flavor. The package size is quite large, usually I get 3-4 big salads out of one package.
