I used to buy the 263mgo from the same brand but I limit my intake to a table spoon a day because it is intense. this one is less effective with just 115 mgo so I feel less limited and i can have more, twice a day , especially during the cold season.

This Manuka honey is very good quality and tastes rich and natural. The texture is smooth and the flavor is slightly stronger than regular honey, which shows its authenticity. The price is too expensive for such a small amount. My husband said it can help with nausea or digestive issues, but it didn't work for me. Manuka honey is very sweet, but it's not the sweetness you'd expect from regular honey. I probably won't be buying this manuka honey again. The packaging is very secure, there is a seal inside so it is not easily contaminated with other substances or bacteria. The color of the honey is yellow, but slightly orange. It's very thick and not as runny as most honey. That's probably why it's more expensive. I'll keep trying this honey until it's finished, and if there are any noticeable changes in my body, I'll update my review.
