Porcelain Neti Pot, 1 Pot

I needed to replace my old neti pot due to an unfortunate accident. It seems a little different than the one I purchased 15 years ago, but still the same brand and seemingly good quality. I haven't had to use it yet, but will be glad to have it ready when I need it.

I had been using the NeilMed squeeze bottle, but hated the plastic waste, so I got this. I struggled with flow rate the first few times, as the angle of tilt has a huge impact on the pressure through your sinuses (not the case with the squeeze bottles), but, once I got the hang of that, it's been great. I feel much better about the porcelain than the plastic, both in terms of the planet and cleanliness.

I used to use the NailMed, but I find this porcelain product much better. Not only is it completely plastic-free, but it’s also easier to clean. After washing it with soap, you simply fill it with water and microwave it for a minute to ensure all bacteria are killed. Plus, with the NailMed, I used to press too hard, which caused ear pain; with the porcelain version, you can't make that mistake.

Love this neti pot. I had a plastic one before which was rubbish. I do have to run it through the dishwasher every few weeks to deep clean it. But works great for intended use. I don’t go a day with using it in the morning.
