I am currently on the last day of using this liver cleanse, and I can really recommend it. I had a few days early in the cleanse - days 3-4 - when I felt quite toxic, but refining my dietary intake and cutting out sugar altogether then made the cleanse much less stressful. I would recommend this as a gentle, but very effective method for detoxing the liver.
