My wife suffered often from fast heart beating also she didn’t do any exercise, it sometimes just happened out of the blue, also she only sit on the chair or watching TV or during the night lay in the bed. I have been using medicinal mushrooms for a few years now and am always interested in different forms or combinations. These have a very good mix of mushrooms and are super easy to take, however they do have the alcohol taste, so for anyone who is not keen on it do bear it in mind. I use them in my morning warm lemon & ginger drink or herbal tea. For me they work great for travel as are a small bottle to take. Great quality product as always from this company.

I started using this after I had covid a couple times and couldn't get my spO2 above 96. I saw improvement within a month and now a year later my spO2 is consistently 99 or above.

I take this formula for lungs and better breathing especially when there is vog. This is my 3rd bottle and has helped me greatly.

I haven’t noticed a difference with this one yet, but it may take some time as mushrooms often take a moment to noticeably affect your body! If you need a quick fix to a sickly/ sore throat and chest, I would say stick to products with marshmallow root - but maybe this product has helped with my overall respiratory health as I haven’t gotten any illnesses over the last couple months. Tastes a little alcohol-like too.
