The best form of folate (please, avoid synthetic folic acid), good daily dose. It is essential for whose taking big doses of MB12. The tablets are big but no need to swallow as they are chewable with lite orange taste. I like that Country life uses natural ingredients for most of its supplements and dark glass bottles.
