Numi is rather pricey but the quality is well worth the price. Hunan is not a traditional white tea growing area in China (Fujian is the home of white tea) which may mean lower price/quality but for tea bags, the taste and scent is perfectly adequate and produces a pale yellow liquor. I bought this specifically because I love roses and you can smell and taste the natural rose fragrance of the petals. A perfect blend. With many teas that claim to have rose in their blends, you can hardly smell or taste it. This hits the spot and certainly worth re-buying! White tea is the least processed of all teas and uses the youngest/most tender leaves/buds (even less processed than green). The process preserves all its antioxidants which are beneficial for your skin, immune system and overall health.

I love This white tea, as do my daughters and grand daughters. The taste is full and rich, with none of the bitterness of some black or green teas. I drink it without any sweetener. The smell is amazing. The rose adds a nice touch. Each tea bag size is sufficient for 1 large and strong cuo, or 2 regular cups.

This is my all time favorite tea. So wonderful for having in the evening before bed instead of a sugary dessert. It will not taste good though if you do not brew it right. It needs to be lower than boiled water as white teas will turn bitter if you steep it at boiling water. Then take the tea bag out after just a minute or two. Once it’s turned a light brown in color—that is enough time for the tea bag in the water. You will avoid any bitterness and have this lush floral tea. You can even reuse the tea bag since it isn’t in water very long. Even my children ask for this tea it tastes so good. Doesn’t need any milk or sugar!

This tea is wonderful. I love a gentle white tea and the rose is such a wonderful addition. The fragrance is warm, soft and inviting. It has a touch of caffeine, but I feel like I can drink it throughout the day. This is one of my favorite teas from Numi. If you’re looking for a sensory experience, this is a lovely high quality tea.

This is a beautifully subtle and aromatic tea. The combination of white tea and rose is perfectly balanced – neither overpowers the other. It has a light, naturally sweet flavor and is wonderfully soothing. A perfect caffeine-light option for any time of day. The organic certification is a big plus.
