Good quality tea. Good packaging and no dents. White tea leaves ingredients are not bitter. No bitter after taste as well. No caffeine so I can drink it at night. I drink it almost daily frequency before sleeping. Soothing tasty tea. One tea bag for about 1.8 litre jug capacity. I added some sugar as well for a nicer blend. I believe white tea is full of antioxidants too. Recommended!
