My allergies this spring have irritated my throat. This tea helps soothe it and reduce my need to clear my throat so much during conversations. I find that annoying for others and was looking for help. I've trusted Sleepytime Teas for many years. This is definitely on my list of favorites.
This tea works really well and has a pleasant taste. It helps when you are sick with a sore throat and need to sleep. I only within the last 2 years discovered Sleepytime teas and all the variations and don't use melatonin anymore. I feel these caffeine free teas are better then taking melatonin and help me sleep well at night.
I was excited to try this after seeing some new celestial seasonings blends became available. I have tried teas containing slippery elm before and find them very helpful with sore throats. This blend is lovely and comforting, I will definitely purchase again :) it has a very mild flavor, the blend is perfect

I am very pleased with how my order was delivered. The package arrived exactly on time and in perfect shape. The packaging was strong and secure, which kept my items safe. The delivery person was friendly and respectful. I also liked how I received regular notifications about the progress. The process was easy and completely stress-free. Everything felt professional and reliable. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I truly appreciate this smooth service. I will definitely order again because of this great experience.
We drink it whether our throats actively hurt or not--exposure to cold leaves them so vulnerable. Cozy right before bed and we sleep like logs.

Tastes good and it's working for her! l just ordered 4 more boxes for her because she can't find it in NC. She swears by it!
The Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Throat Tamer is a wonderfully soothing tea, especially when my throat feels dry or scratchy. The blend of herbs is smooth, naturally sweet, and very comforting. I love that it’s caffeine-free, so I can enjoy it in the evening without affecting my sleep. It pairs relaxation with gentle throat relief, making it perfect for cozy nights or sick days. Another great addition to the Sleepytime line!
