My daughter drinks this for temporary relief of menstrual cramps. She says it works for about 6 hours. Of course, this may not be the case for others but this is her experience. She likes the taste and is thankful for a product that works for her since she is sensitive to OTC meds for menstrual cramp relief.

Best tasting caffeine free hibiscus tea. I drink two servings daily. I feel relaxed afterwards and my complexion appears brighter. The packaging is standard. The price is fair for the amount. I wish the ingredients were organic. This item is cheaper at Target. Otherwise good quality and I would repurchase.
