i can count on this every time I'm having trouble having a BM. 1 b4 I go to bed usually does the trick, sometimes one in the morning. size is easy to swallow and dosage I never have used as much as they said you can take so I think that's some good quality stuff

This Formula works. I almost completed my first bottle and unfortunately I need to stop using it because I was loosing electrolites I believe potassium. Now I dont want to scare someone I know many people who took this formula and formula of dr Shulze and theY didnt have that problem. With Shulze Bowel formula 1 I had one scary experience, I had to go to hospital for infusion because I felt down and blood test show very low potasium. This formula is not that strong so that is why I took it longer for around 2 months. Now question for expert, why is my body losing potasium? Can that be adrenal weakness or malnutrition?

After eating this, I really benefitted in terms of cleansing in the lower bowel system. It’s easier to go to the toilet and really cleanse the system well. Highly recommend. Size of the caps is okay, easy to swallow. Taste is alright, it has a bit of Chinese medication smell. But it’s just the herbs.

The high quality ingredients in this supplement certainly do what they claim. I take the recommended dosage or 1/3 less to get the benefits I need. There is no taste and the size of the capsule goes down easy..
