For myself, having this added took a couple months to work. But, my estrogen levels are dropping because of this and zinc. My point is, your doctor might be prescribing testosterone to deal with a whole host of issues, and that might not even be the issue. I can tell you from personal experience, taking testosterone stinks. You are always hungry, which can cause weight gain, you get pimples everywhere, it can cause you aggressive attitudes, it can ramp up your sеx drive way too far and not help with actual performance and it can also cause issues with your prostate. The Now brand is a good Indole 3 Carbinol supplement and reasonably price. It works, at least it works for me. Don't be impatient with this though. It can take several months to work, but it does work. Life Extension also makes a decent supplement but that is a little more expensive.

I love and reordered these multiple times! It helps with hormone balance, painful periods, swollen breasts etc, and great for acne as well. Doesn't taste like anything, as for dose 1-2 pills a day, and the package is standard now brand bottle. The size of the pills is on the smaller size which is nice.
