This product has not only benefited my hair and skin, it's also helped my achy knees. I take three capsules not daily as recommended but six days a week and they work just fine. I highly recommend this product and daily thank God for iHerb. My whole family depend on supplements we order from iHerb.

this stuff is crazy expensive compared to other similar product but it give terrific results. i tried lots of collagen and vitamin blends and couldn't find anything better. every time i come back for this one. helps restraint my acne as well as makes skin look much better. does reduce fine lines but can't do miracles there. still the best result pills can give. advice to buy!
