Beautiful Hair & Nails, 60 Vegetarian Capsules

I tried various remedies to improve my hair condition, without much effect. I decided to try this product, though didn't have much hope. I started taking 1 capsule a day and surprisingly, my hair stopped falling out after 2 weeks. This is unbelievable!! I am going to buy 3-4 bottles to do another course and take 3 capsules a day and see what happens - may be my hair also might stop greying!.

Because of some health issues I noticed my toenail looked like it was dyeing or something and a doc recommended some biotin gummies. I gave these a shot and in about 3-4 weeks I noticed new toenail growth was vastly improved over before, and has continued now for months and months. The old toenail part is about to fall off, ew gross, but until I get my diet back under control I'm taking these daily.

I notice in particular that my nails are growing more quickly and are stronger. I had splits in two of them, and they are no longer a problem as they seem to be bonding together, which is amazing. I can't say I see a huge benefit with my hair yet. I've been taking these for about two months so far.
