I purchased this high quality supplement twice, but by the 2nd bottle I noticed that it was worsening hot flashes I have due to menopause... so I have tabled it for now. It is very well made, contains a great combination of ingredients, however the Red Clover always gives me a problem eventually.. but thought I'd see if I was past that. Not yet, but it did help with hair growth, so I may decide to continue taking this after a bit, and the hot flashes have calmed down on their own first. I did notice improvement of hair growth.. until I chose to stop it for a while. But this actually confirmed, at least to me, that it works, and does what it says!
