I have been taking these for quite some time and they are effective and my skin looks good, I feel energized/they have the right amount of potency, and I feel like my body is getting everything needed daily. Critics: The size- It is a lot to take 4 pills a day and they are pretty big. Taking them with applesauce helps to keep from tasting them. For my age I rather take vitamins and feel like myself than to need medication.

Honestly, this is a pretty solid vegan multivitamin and it feels like a well-rounded “cover your basics” formula overall. I used it mainly as a daily nutritional safety net, just to make sure I was getting the key vitamins and minerals like B12, iron, zinc, and the B-complex without thinking too much about diet gaps. Capsules are easy enough, but the daily serving is multiple pills, so it’s a bit more noticeable than a single-tablet multivitamin. For me the effects were mild but positive. Energy felt a bit more stable over time and overall well-being was slightly better, but nothing dramatic or instantly noticeable day to day. It’s more of a background support product, and what stands out is that it’s quite comprehensive for a vegan formula, especially with active B vitamins and decent mineral coverage, so it works best as a consistent daily foundation rather than something you “feel” working.

Quite ok quality, however I has to stop due to overload of vitamin b5. The amount is 29 times normal, need to be careful when taking this. Just 1 pill is enough
