I have persistent issues right now, but would be comfortable just taking this 30 each day if I wasn't having any problems :) it doesn't taste of anything, and I love the blister pack to be sure the quality remains in tact.

I take one capsule with warm water as soon as I wake up every morning. I take it every day to improve the condition. I chose the 30 billion capsule, but I think the effect would be almost the same whether I took the 5 billion capsule or the 30 billion capsule. So I'm thinking of taking them alternately.
