It looks like high-quality ingredient mastic gum. I take it two times per day, morning and evening. Dosage is 2 capsules per day. The size of a capsule is medium. It's easy to swallow. It has a weird taste, but all mastic gum has this. The packaging is safely sealed and convenient to use.

Good quality stuff because i saw my very first result on 2d day of having this product. I have some issues with my stomach and my doctor recommended to use mastica capsules, so on 2d day I've notices that i don't have excessive gas anymore, no unpleasant feeling and it just feels good. In case your body needs some time to adapt to this product ( might happen diarrhea) change the dosage from 2 capsules to 1 until you get better and then continue with 2. I love quality of this product and will reorder again.
