I bought this cream with Arnica and MSM for my husband, who suffers from arthritis. After 4-5 days of use, he felt relief. Apply it 3 times a day. Absorbs well, does not grease, does not smell bad. Good product for pain in joints, muscles, radiculitis, discopathy, sciatica, bruises ... Economical. The packaging is large. It is good for every family to have it. I recommend.
I often have neck and shoulder pain if I use my phone too often. After applying this lotion the pain will be gone. It doesn’t have burning sensation also no strange smell which is great. I am not sure how all ingredients inside works. It works anyway. Recommend to people who have neck and shoulder pain.

Good quality lotion that is on the thicker side. The scent isn’t fantastic, but not horrible either. I used it on my forearms, wrists and hands to start. I get carpal tunnel and tight forearms. Massaged it into forearms and it has little lotion balls that occurred after trying to work into skin. Not a super big deal as you can just brush off over the skin. Did give some relieve a few hours later. It’s a good price for the size.

I tried to take Glucosamine suppliements but never could tolerate the taste. There is a way to get around that by simply applying to the effected joint area. Often MSM is in supplements so you have that here as well as Arnica which is so great for other sprains strains and bruises. I have already repurchased - it is a good value the size will last for a while, but if your joints need it - you should use it regularly to maintain the good effects!
