I take 5 gms Vitamin C every nght - it kills any virus and stops upper fermentng gut. My husband caught Influenza A last year but I never caught it. So happy I found this vitamin C. It’s difficult to find vitamin C that is not made from genetically modified corn as absorbiic acid is made from corn and nearly all corn is GMO. One less nasty ingredient. It’s also well priced for what you get.
