I've taken this just shy of a month first picture with highest reading is before starting on this supplement. the rest of the pictures are after. and no longer notice my heart beating fast or very hard. definitely works if u have slightly elevated pressure. feel like my body is a bit smaller. I think the ingredients help with inflammation. definitely a good quality product. easy to take just 1 a day. and clean ingredients. definitely worth it. I bought the smaller sized bottle, which finishes in a month so I've just purchased the bigger bottle.

this product is working well, trying to bring my blood pressure down to normal levels, just 1 week on it it has shown some improvement in bringing down my blood pressure, I use it to avoid going to see a doctor who is going to prescribed statins this not medical advice but my own choice.
