Very convenient to have both in one capsule. Easy to swallow and barely any taste. Not sure if it had any benefit but it didn't hurt or cause any digestion issues.
I really like this combination of pre/probiotics. It doesn’t leave a bad after taste like most prebiotics I’ve had in the past. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a combination of pre and pro. It helps me to be less gassy and also helps balance my PH. I will be buying this again.

So far so good, take at bedtime per my Physician so your gut has 8 hrs to "heal" thru absorption. Very fresh packaging. I went without for a week and felt terrible with stomach pain, obviously need this!
The quality of this product is excellent. It really aids digestion. It heals my gut and aids in absorption of food. The ingredients are good as it contains both pre biotics and pro biotics.
