I love Jovial gluten free rice pasta! this shape cooks up well too. I think I was expecting angel hair thinness and it’s thicker than that but still a fun change from spaghetti. It’s very high quality pasta that I can’t go back from now that I’ve tasted it. Other GF pasta doesn’t compare. I also like the fact that the only ingredient is rice, and like it more than Jovial’s cassava-based one.

This is the best brand of GF pasta in my opinion. I can't tell the difference between this and wheat pasta. Plus, from what I've seen the price is always best on iherb.
This is a high quality product that tastes great! The thin capellini is a nice change from the thicker spaghetti, which is normally found on the grocery store shelves. Capellini is excellent in Italian pasta dishes as well as Asian noodle stir fries. The texture is perfect Al center, and you can’t tell the difference between this pasta and pasta made with wheat. It’s a great gluten free alternative.
