After doing the research on einhorn wheat, I decided to try this product. If you've tried Barillia and all of the other whole wheat pasta brands that mostly taste like ground weeds, dirt, and stone found along the side of the road, you won't be disappointed when buying this product. It has the same consistency as the gmo non- organic pasta we have all become accustomed to. I like my pasta a little more aldente than what the cooking time calls for. So, I will be checking it 2 minutes earlier next time. Overall, it is an excellent product. Buy with confidence.
