I didn’t have any heartburn or anything before starting this. I did have H. Pylori. So I used as part of a protocol to heal from that. I can’t say I felt any benefit. I eas following the dosage on package. The taste is so so but easily taken no problem. Size of dose is big so the bottle finished fast. I might have needed to repeat and continue use of this for longer periods to see the effect, but that turns out too costly unfortunately.
This product delivers results without breaking the bank. I’m very happy with it and will definitely keep it in my rotation.
