I am sorry but I had to rewrite my review because I almost lost my Life taking this supplement, please avoid it ! I took it and had swollen feet and could not breath for the past 2 weeks ended in ER. This product leveled up the Enzyme in the liver . Took the recommended dosage but this is to avoid and never buy. I will recommend you to go for natural detox
This is the first time I tried this 1 week flush to prepare for my new year resolution to have a better health and outlook. What I like about this program is that it is just 1 week cleansing detox protocol which is very short and fast way to achieve some form of cleansing detox effects. It is like a fast spring-cleaning for me. This program has quite comprehensive and high quality ingredients to supports detoxification & cleansing of the body (i.e. bloodstream, circulatory system, intestinal tract system, hepatic system, fat metabolism and fluid balancing). For better health benefits and results, I used this program with distilled water and also refrain myself from eating junk foods during that week. I also forced myself not to sleep too late during that week.
This seemed to do the trick, although swallowing those enormous pills three times a day got annoying. But it triggered a detox and coming out of that I felt 5 years younger.

The Individually packed pills make it easy for me to consume at home or even when I am outside. My stomach started bloating with constipation in the first few days. It's taking me 8 days to finish it as my routine is usually 2 meals a day. I could not feel the difference yet. I have been drinking a lot of water and maybe it's working in the body to discharge out the toxins. Will see once I complete all the packs and compare the effects.
