This product works great for me to help keep me asleep at night, taken a couple hours befoure bed time. It doesn't make me feel tired like i want to lay down and sleep but once i do fall asleep i stay asleep. A few days taking the reishi elixir i also noticed my lower back pain had been reduce but I've also cleaned up my diet by cutting out sugars and eating less carbs as well over the last few weeks. The taste is very bitter, best to mix with as little water as possible and chug it. Or maybe try mixing with some fruit juice. iHerb shipped my order out fast. And have never had any problems with ordering from them in the past.

I am not a fan of mushrooms but this isn't too bad tasting when I mix into coffee with cream. I tend to put this in my late afternoon cup of decaf after dinner to relax from the busy day. It seems to be helping me sleep a bit deeper and not wake up so often in the night and my hot flashes seem to be less severe/frequent. I will continue to use!
