I have used lion's mane for years, and find Four Sigmatic's elixers to have clear benefits. I only use a half packet at a time because I find a larger serving to be unnecessary without feeling off. I use it when I find I can't stay focused.
I really like this mushroom herbal tea blend. It doesn't contain caffeine and the ingredients are of high quality and harmonise greatly in taste. The amount of servings you get per package are very nice for the price. Since the Lion's Mane is dosed so highly I like to use it once a day.
When my friend at the same recommended it, I was sceptical. But after trying half of the package, I started feeling the difference; my head was clear without being wide awake but nothing like when I had caffeine. To be honest, the taste is a bit “mushroomy” if I didn't pour enough hot water but hey, now I am repeating!
I took off a star for cost, but the quality and ingredients are excellent - this is a reliable brand for Lionsmane and other adaptogenic mushroom powders. The taste is bitter but not too strong! I just wish it was cheaper and or came with more packages. I used to take it whenever I needed focus and energy, and it really helped with that!

Love this product! I had researched and tried Lion’s Mane and Rhodiola Rosea individually in the past, and I wanted an alternative that combined the two without being in pill form. This turned out to be perfect! Most brands use proprietary blends, but this product contains significant amounts of both Lion’s Mane and Rhodiola Rosea which is why it works so well.
Smooth taste and helps with focus without caffeine. Great in hot water or plant milk. A daily favorite.

I don't do well with ashwagandha and I guess it's similar with rhodiola. It makes me irritable. I won't be buying anything from this brand just because I can handle the stimulants and adaptogens.
Great dose of lions mane. I usually combine it with one of their cordycep blends to get that in too. Also great for flagging evenings when I don’t want caffeine in it.
