I am a 46 year old female that has hit the point in life where you just seem to start gaining weight no matter what you do. I have tried other diet pills, diet coffee and nothing has worked. This product has been amazing for me. I take 1 capsule at each meal. I have lost 11 pounds in a month. My goal is to loose another 10. I would recommend trying this product to anyone who has struggled loosing weight. It is a great price also.

I tried this due to the great reviews, benefits, quality ingredients and was pleasantly surprised. I started by taking one with each meal and then increased to two with each meal. They work great and clean you out. The capsule size is small, has very little taste and easy to swallow. I definitely recommend these for anyone wanting to clean out their system and lose some pounds.

Took it everyday. Sometimes I’d only take 1 capsule if my meal was super clean. I did find that it helped me stay regular. Didn’t give me any upset tummy or explosive accidents. Would buy again.

I finished it pretty quickly and I feel better. I do not crave sweets anymore and I lost weight.

I bought this for my grandson because he is overweight. I read the ingredient, dosage and benefit and thought it would possibly help him by curbing his appetite and getting rid of much of the sugar and fat he eats thereby helping him to lose weight. I have seen a slight difference, but it is a little too soon to say how helpful it is.

I haven't seen much in terms of weight reduction but they definitely keep me feeling fuller for longer. I have a sweet tooth so I am hoping this will keep my blood sugars within the healthy range.

I don't know if it's working but i seem to notice i get full with very little intake. I also play tennis so maybe it helped me loose extra weight too.
