I sometimes take one sometime 2 capsules. It's a gel type capsure. When i took 2 i feel awake & energetic. I think I have too much oxidative stress in my body! Vitamin e it's really good for skin & high in antioxidant! This gel oil capsule is easy to swallow and tasteless. Vitamin E also very good and beautifying our skin! Worth a try for this!
