I was introduced to this by a friend and while I was put off by the scent, I was willing to use anything if it relieved my aching muscles. This is an issue that I've suffered from growing up and in my independent adult years, hot water bottles and heating pads feel like too much of a hassle. This is just a small pot I can keep in my nightstand and rub on whenever I'm in pain. In less than five minutes, I feel it getting rid of the pain.
