I love these snacks, for when I travel or a quick to go. It tastes wonderful, I am obsessed!!! I love how they are organic, and use EVOO instead of other toxic and inflammatory oils... I’m on a protocol of Whole30, paleo; and aip and I am so glad there are healthy snacks out there! The only 2 things I just wish they worked on was to use less oil, every time I finish these there’s lots of oil left over in the packet. And the second would be a eco friendly packaging. Other than that, 5 starts from me!!! ⭐️ 🌊 yum!

This is delicious snack, which is also beneficial for health as it contains iodine. The amount of iodine is a little small, but I think it is appropriate for young children who need it for their development. It is also good for the adults who are on a Keto or Paleo diet and would like to eat a very health snack. Please give this review a like if you found it useful.

I've been looking at all the packaging details of every seaweed I could find and this is by far the cleanest. I've found. It also tastes great! I have no qualms giving it to my daughter who enjoyed three packets straight. No hidden ingredients. Only that it is pricey. I hope there will be more discounts in the future.
