wanted to try a new brand, but this one seemed to work slower than my go-to melatonin. also don't like the added sugar, it's probably great for kids' palates but a bit too sweet for this adult to have last thing before bed. tablet is chewable but the consistency is firmer/crunchier than my preference.
this tastes very good the kids like it. I personally don't think a person needs such a high level of melatonin so I think this is the correct dosage and size. I really think it helps benefit leave when you sparingly I don't think a person needs it all the time but when needed it does work well

whenever theres a tablet situation my kid wants these ones even though they're not suitable for every situation because of what they are.. if all the others tasted like this it would be great. these work on me as well as a full size adult so thats good about them. i dont mind the taste either honestly. highly recommended
