Kava Kava Extract With Glycerin, 2 fl oz (59 ml)

This is my first time using kava kava, so I really didn’t know what to expect. I use one dropper full occasionally in the evening and it really helps me to ease into some extra relaxation before bed while remaining completely lucid (unlike some ~other~ herbs if you catch my drift). The calming effect is gentle and natural enough that you may even forget you’ve taken it. It has an herbal taste, but it doesn’t bother me, especially when mixed with something citrusy. Impressive product overall.

Excellent brand, great quality and reasonably priced. Kava Kava is an incredible compound to take if you want to be social but feel relaxed. I find it works as an amazing alcohol substitute/alternative. Feel the calming effects of GABA, but at the same time social also, great benefits. I suffer from anxiety and sleep issues… let me tell ya.. this stuff works! I received the product in 2 days, which was a surprise. The first day I tried it, I slept like a baby. My mind was calm, my body relaxed. I also suffer from restless legs, this Kava extract took the RLS away within 30 minutes. I’m incredibly satisfied and will order again. Great product! Kava kava is very useful for stress management. But you have to be careful with it! It should not be used for more than 2 weeks at a time!

This is awesome! Although it tastes bitter it calms my anxiety and helps me sleep. I dilute with water and take a little shot of it. I take about one to two drops. I’ll keep using it when I need to sleep better and need calming effects. I’ll be buying more in the future

Most kava liquid extracts are either in a glycerin or alcohol solution. This is the first hybrid formula I've seen. Absorption speed is much better than glycerin alone, but I still think that pure alcohol is better for speed. The glycerin is also more slippery, so be prepared to wipe your fingers often. The price, however, is fantastic for

a great alternative to alcohol. Just s few drops of this into water gives your mind an ease. a good value. much cheaper than buying a bottle of alcohol.

this is a really good calming supplement the taste isn't bad but I take it straight out of the dropper instead of putting it in a drink. it numbs your mouth and I can feel the effects of it almost instantly. my husband takes it as well and he loves how it help him sleep

The quality of this product is really good, nice ingredients. The packaging is useful and I did get benefits from it, the taste is ok. Overall I am really happy with my purchase because it’s great for stress and general mood improvement I really like this product and it’s a good size.
