As someone with the MTHFR double genetic defect, I must be sure my Folate is methylated and that the B-12 is as well. Most are not -- especially the cheaper ones. A low price is usually a dead giveaway that it won't work for me. This multi-vitamin has methylated Folate and B-12. That's great news for me. The strength is not overwhelming so there's not much potential for toxicity. The price is comfortable.
