Very good quality omega-3 (IFOS certified), excellent amounts of EPA and DHA and the taste is just amazing. I take a tablespoon everyday, right now is one of my favorite supplements.
Good liquid omega-3 with a surprisingly pleasant taste and no fishy aftertaste. Easy to use for those who don’t tolerate capsules. EPA/DHA profile is decent, though not the most concentrated on the market. Suitable for maintenance and family use; for inflammation or therapeutic dosing, higher-potency options may be needed.
It is smoooth tasting. I take 2x aday. You can taste the lemon more then the fish. The packaging when it comes is solid.

I was surely expecting at least a little bit of fishy taste but this product has ZERO fishy taste/after taste. It is very pleasant tasting as well. Lemony, making it versatile so you can take it from a spoon or add it to a smoothie, toast, whatever you'd like. This oil is very good for cognitive function as well as cardiovascular benefits. I've already bought 2 more bottles and plan to continue this one for a long time to come. All the ingredients are health promoting with no heavy metals so it's perfectly healthy.
Very smooth taste and smells good but i don't taste much meringue. This is a better value price wise than Nordic naturals which i also purchased.
