When I bought it I thought it’s a gum, because this is what I was searching but it’s not. It’s a refreshing little tabs that you’re supposed to keep it in your mouth until it melt. I did enjoy them a lot and I’m ordering again. I usually chew them because I like the taste, it’s just like candy. And because their size is small I use 3 or 4 tabs.
These mints are my all time favorite!! The quality of the ingredients is great. They taste really good They are candy like sweet and I think their size is perfect. My preferred way of using them is to eat them after every meal so I can benefit from their remineralization properties. They’ve been an essential part of my diet.

Just been to the dentist and they were amazed how my teeth were. This is all down to Xylitol in Mints and Gum. I did my research and they are highly recommend by dentists. The taste of Mint gums doesn't last long, that's the down side, but who cares if your saving money with your dentist. I love the mints and would highly recommend.
OK after research, I figured this product is a good product highly value you get better for your dollar, it’s a high-quality ingredients product good packaging & Tasty. I personally trying to take a few times a day good good results.I like that it’s not too expensive & it’s effective. Enjoy it. :)

Started using xylitol as a sweetner in coffee, so decided to try these mints - they are very good & supposed to be better for your teeth.

I think these are a fair quality, though I did think it was a mint flavored gum but they are still good in taste. It’s has a small ingredient list so that’s a plus. The mints are small in size , overall I think it’s a good buy.
