Now Foods has excellent quality it is one of my favaurites brand and their products are high quality products that I saw real benefits. The capsules are small and easy to swallow which is nice furthermore I feel like ingredients are really good it does make difference with this brand.

This is just to hold me over till I figure out better thyroid support. This low dose kelp is ok for now, selenium ( Brazilian nuts work) is needed also to balance it.
