Double Potency, 5-HTP Extra®, 60 Liquid Soft-Gels

I’ve been using this specific brand of 5-HTP for most of the past 6+ years. I’ve tried others but none compare to this one! I really like this 5-htp supplement. It has nice extra ingredients too like tulsi fish oil etc. Sometimes 5-hto supplements make my stomach hurt but this one doesn’t. I feel a significant difference when taking this supplement. It is of good quality and I will continue to order this one despite the higher price point I think it is well worth it.

take once in while .. I like the benefits to daytime calmness and sleep. 5htp for me personally tho is not a regular in my routine as I am a bit of a natural calm guy to begin but on certain days I will introduce it ..
