This product is formulated to give us advantages. It's highly absorbable so we don't have to wait long to see the effects of taking it. It has 1,667% vitamin B12, so calmness is in the bottle in a major way. It's delicious -- I make a tropical orange drink out of it by mixing a tablespoon (1 serving) with water. I also make my own fresh smoothy with this product, using one serving per daily smoothy, giving me bragging rights to designing the most nutritious smoothy in the world. I started taking the product when I was stressed out. When I get stressed I don't eat much. This time my hair became dull, dry and brittle. In days after taking this product, my natural shine had returned. Within a few months, my hair was full and supple. I have found myself so relaxed at times when I needed to be. It's easy to take micro-naps and wake alert and with energy.

I take a number of other individual supplements for specific ailments so I don't take the full dose of this daily, but as and when I feel I haven't gotten enough through diet, or when I'm unable to take pills. Or I'll just take a smaller dose. I dislike having to take so many pills so finding liquid supplements that don't taste revolting is always a bonus! I don't love the flavour personally, find it a bit sickly, but it's absolutely manageable. It's a good size bottle and will last me for some time. The bottle is plastic not glass which I appreciate.

A very good supplement that has been highly recommended by professionals. Not always easy to buy this brand as they go out of stock very fast. The ingredients are great and contain a very good balance of of daily Vitamin needs which will benefit our bodies. I like the Wild Berry better as it taste very natural!

update: We purchased this again because it is still our favourite multivitamin. I started making a daily smoothie and am adding the multivitamin liquid to it. Tastes great and makes taking my vitamins so enjoyable. - - - - I struggle with swallowing tablets and capsules and this liquid multivitamin works really well for me. The taste is a little strong, but I get around it by either taking 1/2 a table spoon at a time (instead of a full one). or on most days I now add this liquid multi vitamin to my morning smoothie, which makes it even easier to integrate taking it. The price is also really fair. As long as I can buy this product for this price I will keep buying it. We are currently on our second bottle of it. Small upgrade that I would really enjoy would be to offer it in a glass bottle, but the plastic bottle is probably the better packaging option for clumsy people (of which I am one..)
